Squam Lakes Natural Science Center Boat Cruise
July 11th from 9am-4:30pm
$40.00 for Stratham residents. $48.00 for non-residents
Transportation included. Lunch NOT included.
Our Parks & Rec van will depart the Stratham Municipal Center at 9am. Boat cruise from 11:00am-12:30pm. RAIN OR SHINE! Please dress appropriately for the weather and open water conditions. After the cruise we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or cafe before departing for Stratham.
Learn about the natural history of Squam Lake, look for majestic Bald Eagles, and listen for the haunting call of Common Loons. Hear about the people who have lived on its rocky shores surrounded by scenic mountains for over 5,000 years. Cruise on this beautiful lake where On Golden Pond was filmed more than 40 years ago.
