Facility Details

The Front Pavilion holds 100 people.

Food Trucks are not permitted.

There are picnic tables available and can seat 100.

There are restrooms attached to the pavilion

If you are a non profit looking to have the fee waived please contact krichard@strathamnh.gov.

Requests may go before the Select Board for approval. Once approved, the fee will be added. The fee for this pavilion is $150.

Pavilions are FULL DAY rentals; partial day rentals not permitted.

Pursuant to the Town Ordinance, reservations must be made by residents from Stratham or its surrounding communities of Newfields, Greenland, Portsmouth, North Hampton, Hampton, Exeter or Newmarket.

At the end of your event, leave the pavilion in neat and clean condition. Remove any trash generated by your event. Return tables to their original arrangement.
